Well, I converted my indy art image I made here [link] to a wallpaper sized version for the desktop. It sorta has a good sense of depth and 3D-ish feel......at least I think so :giggle:

Nice remake, and it definitely has a lot of 3D feel to it, more so than I've ever seen in a fractal image, especially the parts that are purple, that's pretty amazing for this style of art :)

I like how the swirls on the outside look like indentions, or something of the sort. The focal point seems very fierce, and the high contrast of the lighting (or what looks like lighting) definitely feeds into that.
